10 Things That We Think Of During Sleepless Nights

There are those nights when we just can’t find ourselves being able to sleep. Trust us when we say you are not alone in your “insomnia” In fact, we’ve come up with a list of 10 things that keep us up at night. It’s due to these 10 things that we usually can’t sleep. The human mind finds itself vulnerable to distracting thoughts even when we’re trying to put it to rest.

9. Mobile Phones

You’d be surprised by how distracted we are. Even when we’re the most tired, we have an urge to interact with our phones. When you’re in bed, put your phone away. Flip it on the other side. You should not answer any last minute texts or check out the latest notifications. Once you’re in bed, separate yourself from the world and you should be able to sleep easier.

Tossing and turning has a lot to do with how you sleep. Sleep comfortably and you’ll sleep quicker. Those mattress sales guys are not trying to yank your chain. They’re totally right.

7. Cold/Hot Nights

When you’re too hot or too cold, you fin yourself adjusting your pillows, blankets, etc. to find the optimal temperature. Find it quick and pass out.
